How to watch curling in Canada in 2026-27: the Slams, the Scotties and the Brier

Curling season splits between two broadcasters, and following everything means knowing which event lives where. Here is the 2026-27 map, from the first Slam to the Brier's 100th anniversary.

How to watch curling in Canada in 2026-27: the Slams, the Scotties and the Brier (Wave IPTV Canada guide)

The short answer

  • Scotties, Brier and Season of Champions: TSN (English) and RDS (French).
  • Grand Slam of Curling: Sportsnet, with Saturday playoff draws on CBC.
  • Rock League: CBC and CBC Gem, with select matches on Sportsnet.
  • Scotties: Charlottetown, Feb 12 to 21, 2027. Brier (100th): Saskatoon, Feb 26 to Mar 7, 2027.
  • Some morning Slam draws stream only on the Slams' own platform, not on TV.

Which channel is curling on?

Two broadcasters share the sport. Curling Canada's national championships, the Season of Champions, are on TSN and RDS under an agreement running through 2027-28. The Grand Slam of Curling series is on Sportsnet, with CBC airing the Saturday playoff games. CBC also carries the new Rock League.

Two broadcasters means two sets of feeds

A curling fan who wants everything needs both TSN and Sportsnet, plus CBC. During big events, TSN often uses several of its five feeds to show multiple sheets.

How to watch the Scotties and the Brier

TSN shows every draw of the Scotties and the Brier, usually spread across its feeds, with RDS in French. The 2027 Brier marks the event's 100th edition, in Saskatoon, so expect special coverage. Our Saskatoon page covers the local angle.

What time are the draws where you live?

Draws are scheduled in the host city's time. Charlottetown is on Atlantic time, an hour ahead of Toronto. Saskatoon stays on Central Standard Time all year, which in late February is an hour behind Toronto. Your app's guide converts to your own time zone.
