What you get, and what you don't
You get
- The full channel list — nothing held back
- The complete on-demand library
- 4K, FHD and HD wherever the channel carries it
- The programme guide
- Setup help from a person if you want it
- 24 hours from the moment your credentials arrive
You don't get asked for
- A credit card
- Any payment details at all
- An automatic conversion to a paid plan
- A subscription you'd have to remember to cancel
- A phone call from anyone
There's no card because there's nothing to charge. When the 24 hours end, the credentials simply stop working.
How to get it
Message us
WhatsApp is fastest. Tell us which device you'll be watching on — Fire Stick, Samsung TV, phone — so we can point you at the right guide.
Get your login
Username, password and portal URL by email or WhatsApp, usually within a few minutes. Check spam if it seems slow.
Set up and watch
Three to eight minutes depending on device. Every device has its own written guide, linked below.
Start the trial in the afternoon. That way a proper evening falls inside your 24 hours — and the evening is the only part that really tests anything.
How to use the 24 hours properly
Most people load a trial up, flick through a few channels, decide it looks fine and buy a year. Then something surfaces in week three. Forty minutes of attention on the right evening avoids that entirely.
The seven-step test
- Write your channel list first. Five to ten channels your household actually watches, by name — including the awkward ones. This is your test script.
- Set it up on the TV you'll actually use, in its usual place, on its usual connection. Not your phone, which has better reception and a forgiving screen.
- Test at 8pm on a weekend. Networks are loaded in the evening, especially during a live event. That's the only meaningful test.
- Work through your named list, one at a time. Check each plays and holds for a few minutes, not just that it starts.
- Check the guide and the audio. Correct local times? The commentary language you want?
- Message support with a real question. Time the reply. How we treat someone who hasn't paid predicts how we'll treat you in March.
- Break something deliberately. Start a second stream elsewhere, or drop your Wi-Fi for ten seconds, and see how it recovers.

Setup guides by device
When the trial ends
The credentials stop working. Nothing is charged and there's no account left open — you don't need to do anything.
If you want to continue, plans start at $20 for a month and $80 for a year, all in Canadian dollars with no activation fee. We'd suggest buying short first — three months tells you how we perform across a season rather than a night. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
And if you're switching from another service, don't cancel it yet. Run both for a week or two; the overlap costs a few dollars and removes every way this goes wrong. Sequence in how to switch providers.
Questions about the trial
Is it actually free, or do I need to enter a card?
Actually free. No card, no payment details, nothing to cancel. You message us, we send credentials, and after 24 hours they stop working unless you decide to subscribe.
Trials that ask for payment details and convert automatically are subscriptions with a cancellation window, not trials — and they're easy to forget about. Ours can't charge you because we never take anything to charge.
Is the trial the full service or a limited version?
The full service. Same channel list, same on-demand library, same picture quality as a paid subscription. Nothing is held back to make the trial look worse than what you'd buy.
There'd be no point otherwise — the whole purpose is finding out whether the thing you'd pay for works on your television.
Why 24 hours and not seven days?
Because 24 hours covering one proper evening tells you more than a week of Tuesday afternoons. The test that matters is peak time on your own connection with your own channels — and that happens on one night, not over seven.
Start it in the afternoon so the evening falls inside the window. If you need longer for a genuine reason, ask us.
Can I take a second trial?
It's one per household. If something specific stopped you testing properly — the credentials arrived too late in the day, or your internet was down — message us and explain. We'd rather extend it than have you buy blind.
Repeatedly taking trials to avoid subscribing is a different matter and we'll decline it.
What if a channel I need isn't there?
Tell us during the trial. Sometimes we can add it, sometimes we can't — but either way you'll know before you've spent anything, which is the point.
Check your channels by name rather than by category. "Has sports" and "has your team's regional feed" are different statements.
How quickly do the credentials arrive?
Usually within a few minutes during normal hours, and always within two. If nothing has arrived, check your spam folder first — that's where it lands about half the time.
Requests sent overnight are answered first thing in the morning.
What happens when the 24 hours end?
The credentials stop working. Nothing is charged, no account is left open, and you don't need to cancel anything.
If you decide to subscribe, we can usually carry your setup over so you don't reconfigure your devices — just tell us.
Ready when you are
Twenty-four hours on your own television tells you more than anything written on this page.
