Reseller program
Sell IPTV under your own name, at your own prices
You buy credits at wholesale. You create subscriptions in a panel. You set the retail price and keep the difference. That's the entire business model, and the rest of this page is the detail other reseller pages leave out — what you'll actually earn, and what you'll actually be responsible for.
How it works
Three steps, and none of them involve servers.
Buy a credit pack
One payment, no subscription. Credits sit in your panel until you use them and they don't expire.
Create accounts for your customers
Log into the panel from any browser, spend credits to generate a username, password and portal URL, and send those to your customer. A twelve-month subscription costs 12 credits. Free trials cost you nothing.
Charge what you like, keep the margin
You set retail. We never see your prices and we never contact your customers. Your margin is the gap between the credit cost and what you charged.
Credit packs
Larger packs lower your cost per credit. Every pack includes full panel access, free trials, and support for you.

Neither of the reseller pages we looked at while writing this shows a margin figure anywhere. It's the first thing you'd want to know, so here it is as a calculator rather than a promise. Move the sliders.
Start with what you can realistically sign in your first six months, not your ambition.
Our own retail is $80. Pricing above that means competing on service; below it means competing on price.
$2.70 per credit · $32.40 per yearly subscription
$47.60 per customer per year
These figures are arithmetic, not a forecast. They exclude anything you spend finding customers, the time you'll spend supporting them, and customers who don't renew. Treat the result as a ceiling, not an expectation.
The credit system, in full
One credit is one month. There's no second rate card and no multiplier.
| Subscription length | Credits | At $2.70 per credit |
|---|---|---|
| 1 month | 1 credit | $2.70 |
| 3 months | 3 credits | $8.10 |
| 6 months | 6 credits | $16.20 |
| 12 months | 12 credits | $32.40 |

If a provider tells you three credits equals one month and then charges twelve credits for a year, both statements can't be true. Ask which applies at checkout before you buy — it's a fourfold difference on monthly plans.
Who does what
The part most reseller pages skip. Worth reading before you commit money.
We handle
- Servers, streams and the channel line-up
- The reseller panel and your credit balance
- Support for you — panel issues, upstream faults
- Adding and maintaining channels
- Onboarding you when you start
You handle
- Finding your own customers
- Front-line support for them — setup, questions, faults
- Your own pricing, billing and refunds
- Your own brand, site and marketing
- Renewals and chasing them
Be honest with yourself about the right-hand column. Your customers bought from you, so they'll message you — at 8pm on a Saturday when the game won't load. That's the actual work of reselling, and it's the reason people quit. If you can't answer those messages, the margin won't matter.
Questions before you buy credits
Including the ones with uncomfortable answers.
What exactly am I buying?
Credits, and access to a reseller panel. Credits are the wholesale currency: you spend them to create subscriptions for your own customers, at whatever retail price you set. The difference between what a credit costs you and what you charge is your margin. Nothing else changes hands.
How does the credit system work?
One credit is one month. A twelve-month subscription costs 12 credits, six months costs 6, one month costs 1. No multipliers and no separate rate card — if a competitor's page says three credits equals one month and then charges twelve credits for a year, those two statements can't both be true, and you should ask which one applies at checkout.
Credits don't expire. Buy what you'll use in a few months rather than a year's worth up front.
What do I actually earn?
Whatever you decide, minus the credit cost. Use the calculator above with your own numbers. As a reference point, our own retail is $80 for a year — if you sell at that and your credits cost around $36 a year, you keep roughly $44 per customer per year, before whatever you spend on getting them.
Anyone quoting you a guaranteed profit figure is guessing on your behalf. Your margin depends on your price and your churn, both of which are yours to control.
Who handles customer support?
You do, for your own customers. That's the part most reseller pages leave out, so here it is plainly: they bought from you, they'll message you, and expecting them to contact us instead doesn't work in practice.
We support you — panel problems, stream issues, anything upstream of your customer. Budget realistic time for front-line support, particularly around setup and big sporting events. If you can't answer a message on a Saturday night, reselling will be harder than it looks.
What happens if my customer wants a refund?
You decide your own refund policy and you honour it from your own margin. Credits already spent on a created subscription aren't returned to your balance. Set your policy before your first sale, write it down, and price with it in mind.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes. You sell under your own name at your own prices, and your customers are yours — we don't market to them and we don't hold their details as our own. What we don't provide is a white-label app with your logo on it; your customers will install a standard third-party player just as ours do.
Is there a minimum, or a monthly fee?
No monthly fee. The smallest credit pack is the minimum, and there's nothing recurring — you top up when you run low. Start with the smallest pack until you know your demand is real.
Can I resell outside Canada?
Yes, the panel doesn't restrict where your customers are. Bear in mind that channel line-ups and licensing vary by region, so what suits a customer in Ontario may not suit one elsewhere. And you'll be supporting them across time zones, which is a practical constraint more than a technical one.
