1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Digiwave IPTV services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

• Account info: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• Credentials: Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notifications: Notify us immediately at contact@waveiptv.ca of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

• Plans: Service is provided via subscription plans. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Non-payment: Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
• Refunds: Our Refund Policy governs refunds. 1‑Month trial subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• Lawful use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Prohibited activities: You must not use the Service to infringe copyrights, distribute illegal content, engage in harassment, fraud, piracy, or other prohibited conduct.
• No resale: Reselling or sharing accounts without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• User content: You are responsible for any content you upload or transmit using the Service. You grant Digiwave IPTV a limited license to operate and provide the Service.
• Third‑party content: The Service may include streams or channels from third parties. Digiwave IPTV is not the owner of such content and does not guarantee its accuracy, legality, or availability.

7. Service Availability and Changes

• No guarantee: While we strive for reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Maintenance and updates: We may perform maintenance or update the Service and may temporarily suspend access as needed.
• Changes: We may modify features, pricing, or terms with notice to users where required.

8. Termination and Suspension

• By you: You may cancel your subscription per the account settings or contact support.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or abusive behavior.
• Effect: Upon termination, access to the Service ends. Outstanding fees and obligations remain due.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• AS IS: The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• No liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digiwave IPTV and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service.
• Cap on damages: Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Digiwave IPTV harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Digiwave IPTV operates. Disputes should first be raised with support at contact@waveiptv.ca. If unresolved, disputes may be resolved in the competent courts specified by applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. We will post the effective date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
