Refund Policy

  1. Overview Digiwave IPTV aims for clear, fair policies. This document explains when refunds are granted, how to request one, and exceptions.
  1. 1-Month Subscription (Trial)

  • 1-Month subscriptions are non-refundable. This plan is sold as a low-cost, one-month trial so customers can evaluate the service for the full month.
  1. Refund Eligibility for Other Purchases

  • Within 48 hours: New non-trial purchases may be eligible for a full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been used for more than 10 minutes and you have not contacted support to attempt troubleshooting.
  • Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable unless required by law or at Digiwave IPTV’s discretion.
  • Service outages: Partial (pro‑rata) refunds for verified extended outages may be issued if you notify support within 7 days of the outage.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after using the service beyond the limits above.
  • Incompatibility with a device, geographic restrictions, or issues caused by third-party apps.
  • Problems caused by your ISP, home network, or device configuration.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations, fraud, or abuse.
  1. How to Request a Refund

  • Email contact@waveiptv.ca within the applicable refund window.
  • Include: account email, order/transaction ID, purchase date, and a short description of the problem or reason for the request.
  • Allow up to 7 business days for review.
  1. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (timing depends on your payment provider).
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, Digiwave IPTV may offer store credit at its discretion.
  1. Changes

  • We may update this policy at any time. The effective date is shown below; continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
